What is Heart of Jesus? 

• It will be a home where the dying can live out their final days surrounded in peace and love. 

Is it a hospice home? 

• No. It is a residence, a home away from home where 24/7 care is provided with collaboration from hospice services. 

What is the cost? 

• There is no billing of residents in our home. 

Do residents need to be Catholic? 

• No. We accept all faiths or no faith. 

Who is eligible? 

• A person who is on hospice services who has 3 months or less to live. See our full admission criteria here.

How can you help? 

• We are actively engaged in fundraising efforts to secure a physical residence and welcome an Executive Director who will play a key role in advancing our mission. All donations, prayers, and sharing of our mission with others is greatly appreciated.

How will you sustain this home? 

• Community support through donations, memorial gifts, grants, endowment fund will keep us sustainable.
